瓦斯抽放泵铁锈的生成原因及解决方法

Gas Drainage Pump Rust Formation Reasons and Solution

摘要:

针对瓦斯抽放泵长期运转后,泵体内表面和叶轮严重锈结及锈腐蚀,容易发生卡泵等事故,甚至有扭断泵轴、烧毁电机的危险,严重影响了煤矿瓦斯抽放系统的稳定性和安全生产。通过对某矿锈样和水质化验分析,得出结锈物主要是碳酸盐类及腐蚀物氧化铁。采用草酸配比液静态浸泡清洗、辅助人工清排的办法除锈,从实际的除锈效果来看,能够达到预期的除锈目的。

Abstract:

Aim at the gas drainage pump long running, pump body surface and impeller serious rust and corrosion and rust, prone to card pump wait for an accident, there is even twist off pump shaft and burned the danger of motor, which has a serious impact on coal mine gas drainage system stability and safety production. Based on water quality to test and mine rust sample analysis, it is concluded that rust include carbonate and ferric oxide. Using the ratio of oxalate liquid static soak cleaning, and artificial cleaning to remove rust, from the actual effect to see, can achieve the desired cleaning purpose.
